EMFs- Tips for Reducing Exposure to EMFs
Practical Ways to Reduce EMF Exposure
For more details on how to implement these tips, listen or watch this video. Links to EMF resources are at the end of this article and discussed in detail in the VIDEO.
1. Wearable Devices/Clothing – Try muscle testing to determine is a wearable device is working for you.
2. Faraday Bags/Cages – Faraday products can be purchased for cell phones, routers, and other electric devices to reduce EMF exposure.
3. Toss your microwave! Not only do microwaves change the molecular structure of food cooked in it, but they also emit radiation. There are no health benefits from using a microwave. Replace your microwave with a toaster oven and/or heat food on the stove. It takes only a minute or two longer and is a much safer option.
4. Purchase a cell phone case that reduces EMF emissions.
5. Turn off the Blue Tooth on your cell phone as much as possible.
6. Never wear Blue Tooth earphones as this emits radiation straight to the brain. Old fashioned headphones are recommended, and other products can be purchased to block some of the EMFs from earphones if you cannot live without them.
7. Limit screen time.
8. Do not carry your phone with you.
9. Never place a laptop on your lap. Use an EMF laptop shield under the laptop. Other products are also available to reduce EMF exposure from laptops.
10. Use a simple timer, (Christmas light timers work great), to shut off your Wi-Fi at night.
11. Do not use “smart” devices.
12. Do not use baby monitors.
13. Use incandescent light bulbs.
14. Use Grounding mats.
15. Use Greenwave Filters on electrical outlets.
Reducing EMF Exposure while Sleeping:
1. Place your bed by a wall where there are no electrical outlets. You can test for EMF frequencies to determine the best place for your bed.
2. Shut off your cell phone at night. If this is not feasible, put your cell phone in airplane mode.
3. Remove as many electrical devices as possible from your bedroom, especially televisions. If you have electrical devices in your bedroom keep them at least feet away from your bed.
4. Use a Grounding mats and similar products while sleeping.
