NEBULIZER – A nebulizer should be a stable in all homes. Nebulizing for respiratory infections can clear the lungs and sinuses. I recommend a desktop nebulizer as found in this link. PEROXIDE 12% FOOD GRADE – Having a nebulizer means also having the solution you need to use it. You need to purchase 12% food grade peroxide online as it is NOT available in stores. Here’s how to make the nebulizer solution: 1 pint of pure or distilled water with 1 tsp of sea salt, (preferably Baja Gold or Redmond Sea Salt), ¾ tsp of 12% Food Grade Peroxide. Mix solution and store in the refrigerator. Use ½ teaspoon of solution in the nebulizer per treatment.

LIMCOMIN – If you are a client and Limcomin is not on your recommended list of supplements, you should keep a bottle of Limcomin on hand. When you are ill, I will make recommendations for adding Limcomin until you are better and adjust your zinc intake if needed. HOME TESTING

WATER SOURCES AND FILTERS

FIND A SPRING - Use this site to locate fresh water springs in your area where you can collect fresh spring water.

BERKEY WATER FILTERS:  I believe that Berkey filters are your best option. While the initial investment may be more than a cheap carbon filter such as carbon pitcher like Pur, you will not need to change the filter often and this ends up saving you lots of money.  

You can also buy fluoride filters, (recommended), for your Berkey which only needs changed once a year. A Berkey filter is easy to clean and maintain and is free-standing, so it requires no plumbing. You can perform a red dye test to assure your Berkey is working and then perform the red dye test every 3 to 6 months to assure the filters are still working correctly. If they need to be replaced before the warranty runs out, the company will replace them for a percentage of the initial cost. (Cost is determined on how long you have had the filter). 

Feel free to order a Berkey from any site if you find a better price!  

CLEARLY FILTERED - At this time you may find it impossible to purchase a Berkey Water Filter as Berkey is tied up in a lawsuit. I believe the lawsuit is frivolous and will be settled but Clearly Filtered is an excellent alternative for filtered water. Clearly Filtered sells pitchers and water bottles as well as under the sink systems. It targets lead, fluoride, and hundreds of other dangerous elements. It is equal in quality to the Berkey but if you want a Berkey cylinder buy a Clearly Filtered Pitcher until the Berkey is back. I bought a Clearly Filtered water bottle as I want to travel without paying for water, which is expensive especially at airports.

PUR WATER FILTER:  You may want to also use a Pur and Clear water filter that attaches directly to your facet. No plumbing is needed as it attaches to the facet and has a lever that you can use to activate it when you want to filter the tap water. I use this filter for cleaning and washing veggies, boiling water, or other daily uses and save the Berkey water for drinking. If you choose you can use this for all your water needs but it is slow to filter, and you will frequently need to change the filter.

Pur filters have a light to indicate when the filter needs changed.  

The Pur and Clear filters need changed approximately every 6 months depending on how much water you are filtering.  

I find it handy to have both the Berkey and Pur filters as this makes it simple to filter all my water as needed.  

WHOLE HOUSE AND OTHER WATER FILTERS:  If you own your home, you may want to invest in a whole house water filtration system. If you choose to do so, please do not invest in a reverse osmosis system or other expensive fancy systems – such as those that create alkaline water. A simple carbon filter system is best. Dr. Mercola has info on his site that you can review to decide which system is best for you.

EMF PROTECTION

Tips for reducing EMF’s: 

1.    Shut off the wifi to your home at night. If this is not feasible, shut off the wifi to all your devices at night and when you are not using them.

2.    Use a faraday cage on your router.

3.    Never use Bluetooth ear buds or headsets. This directs radiation straight into your brain.

4.    Place calls on speaker phone as much as possible.

5.    Use some of the products below to eliminate EMF exposure.

 It can be costly to address EMF emissions. I started slowly and added products overtime. Here are products that can help reduce EMF exposure.  If you are highly sensitive to EMF’s you may want to use faraday cages for your bed, EMF protective paint and window coverings, or hire a professional EMF specialist to make specific recommendations for your home.
