10 Minute Guided Meditation to Raise Your Vibration

There's a problem with affirmations and meditation. Both are amazing but we often try to manifest our future by repeating affirmations that we do not believe. In doing so, we create discord in our life, as our body and mind are not in alignment. However, there is a better way. 

In this meditation, I ask that use a simple mantra that anyone can align with, rather than reaching for a feeling that is far from where you may be at any given moment. Most of us are not able to jump from here to the stars in one fell swoop but we can learn to raise our vibration by gently moving towards a better emotion using a softer approach. 

The mantra in this meditation is "Today I have Everything I Need." By repeating this mantra, you can relax into living in the present moment and focus on nothing more than this minute, this breath, and this day. Practice this meditation daily for at least a week and notice the positive shift you begin to feel in your energy and attitude. 

Start your day with this meditation and every morning repeat the mantra; "Today I have everything I need" before you get out of bed. This will change your life.
