Emotional Healing Session 45-minutes (3 Sessions)
Three 45-minute sessions designed to help you discover protocols to move your mindset away from pain, victimhood, past or present trauma and/or other mental and emotional blockages that can lead you to deeper healing and success. As you heal emotionally, your body will also heal, and pain can be alleviated as health issues are resolved. Upon purchasing, you will receive an email and sessions will be scheduled - via Zoom, or phone, your choice.
Before anyone can move out of stress and trauma, there must be an understanding of what they are experiencing. One must become aware as no one can change anything unless they are aware of what they are experiencing. I help clients find awareness as knowledge is power. Each session is 45 minutes long and will include a guided meditation. You may receive homework to help you develop quickly as we work together.
